How we Collect Information
When you register with Whole Auction online auction service to either have an Auction hosted or you are a bidder, we collect information such as – Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Username. This information is necessary to validate bidders and users of the site.

In addition, for Whole Auction to fulfill our role we at times will be required to provide the personal information we have collected to the organization that is holding the event. This could be any of the above mentioned but not limited to this. We may also provide statistical information to the organization. This information would be # of bidders, watches on items, all high bidders, etc.

Other exceptions – when a user registers for Whole Auction online auction, the user agrees to receive communications and other information regarding Whole Auction. Users may opt out of these notifications or emails at any time.

How we Use your Information
Whole Auction will not disclose information to third parties. This includes any identifying personal information gathered from you unless:

• (A) We tell you how your information will be used and you authorize Whole Auction specific permission to share this information.

Children

Whole Auction will not knowingly allow the registration of anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we inadvertently have collected identifying personal information from an individual under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that information from our system.

3rd Party Web Sites

Whole Auction’s privacy statement applies and remains in effect only as long as you are on the Whole Auction Web site or sites. As soon as you leave Whole Auction sites to visit another site, we have no control over your privacy or security issues. This is also the case even if you reached the other site by clicking on a link within Whole Auction.
